Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Experience: 2 5 Years CTC Range: 6 8 LPA Job Title: Accounts & MIS Executive Real Estate We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive with an accounting background. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with all departments on a daily basis, preparing MIS reports, and supporting management with accurate and timely data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete accounting functions billing, vendor management, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation, TDS, GST, etc. Maintain and update project-wise accounts , ledgers, and other financial records. Coordinate daily with sales, purchase, site, and admin departments to collect data and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review. Support in budget preparation, cost analysis, and variance reporting . Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, audit queries, etc.). Assist in cash flow management and follow-up for receivables and payables. Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and report automation. Communicate effectively in both local language and English for inter-department coordination. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of real estate accounting processes (project cost, customer billing, advances, vendor bills, etc.). Proficiency in Tally / ERP / accounting software . Excellent command over Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.). Strong communication and coordination skills . Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Fluency in local language is mandatory.
