Roles& Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Healthcare or Life sciences Industry delivery Operations and in creating Healthcare specific Solutions
  • Overall 10+ years of work experience in mix of International BPO and / or consulting environment in the Healthcare domain
  • At least 7+ years in solutions roles handling RFPs, RFXs
  • Deep domain expertise of the US Health Insurance industry and hand on with healthcare terminology, regulations, compliance standards, ICD-10 coding and industry trends
  • Health Insurance assembly line (Claims, Enrolments, Data Entry, others)
  • Appeals & Grievances, Audits, Platform migrations, Plan Testing
  • Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in hospital networks
  • Excellent Written, Oral and analytical skills coupled with excellent Presentation creation skills
  • Good MS Word, Excel, MS Visio, PowerPoint experience .

  • Excellent communication and email etiquette skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Analytical & Research skills
  • Independent thinker
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with minimal support and supervision


Qualification:

  • MBA
