This role will be responsible for managing various HR tasks, including implementing HR policies, HR Operations, Recruitment, Team Engagement, Performance, Payroll and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The individual will also play a vital role in coordinating for training and enhancing employee engagement within the company.QualificationsHuman Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsPayroll and knowledge of HR Policies and Employee BenefitsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in an HR role with directly working with founders is desirable
