Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the company's growth. - Manage contract negotiations and client onboarding processes.
- Track and report business development metrics and KPIs to measure progress and impact.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential prospects.
- Cold Outreach: Initiating contact with prospects through calls, emails, or social media.
- Qualifying Leads: Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and determining if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Setting Appointments: Scheduling meetings or demos for the senior sales team or account executives to further the sales process.
- Nurturing Prospects: Following up with leads who may not be ready to buy but could be in the future.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong background in policy creation, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
