Microsoft D365 CRM Functional-Developer w/t Sales Accelerator

Analytical Intelligence is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who will drive the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Sales Accelerator for our clients. You’ll bring a strong blend of technical configuration skills, Power Platform expertise, and Copilot/AI-augmented sales process experience. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, data/AI teams to build a scalable, high-performing CRM environment that significantly improves sales productivity and pipeline quality.PLEASE read the job description BEFORE APPLYING to ensure you have the skills.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales core modules: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, custom entities, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards.- Implement and optimize Sales Accelerator: intelligent work lists, sequences, Up Next widgets, predictive lead/opportunity scoring.- Configure Power Platform components: Power Apps/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data model, security roles/teams, custom connectors as needed.- Integrate and configure Copilot features (for example, Copilot in Dynamics, embedded AI/ML insights, automation of conversational or context-driven tasks).- Collaborate with data/integration teams to define and implement data migration strategies, system integrations (ERP, Excel), data cleansing, and enrichment.- Lead UAT planning and execution: develop test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing sessions, capture feedback and coordinate issue resolution.- Dashboard and report creation with Power BI- Provide role-based training and hand-off documentation: sales reps, managers, admins.- Ensure post-go-live hyper-care support and continuous optimization of the CRM environment.- Monitor usage, adoption and performance of Sales Accelerator and Power Platform artefacts, and propose improvements to increase ROI.- System administration of platform, including backups, testing recovery, performance management.Skills & Experience- 5+ years of hands-on implementation and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.- Proven experience configuring Sales Accelerator: building sequences, work lists, predictive scoring, sales process automation.- Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI), including building flows, apps, and integrations.- Experience configuring or deploying Copilot or AI-augmented features within the Microsoft ecosystem.- Strong understanding of sales processes: lead management, opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and sales-force automation.- Experience with data migration, system integration, and managing dependencies across business systems.- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations/designs.- Ability to work cross-functionally in agile or hybrid project environments.- Microsoft certifications such as:- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or equivalent- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI agents, or conversational AI within the Microsoft ecosystem.- Familiarity with Agile/Sure Step project methodology.- Experience working with large enterprise sales teams or global rollouts.How to Apply-
