Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Support Analyst located in Pune. The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for applications, solving user issues, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications. The role involves analyzing and diagnosing application problems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other team members to resolve complex problems. Effective communication with users and keeping them updated on the resolution status is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Application Support and Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent Communication skills for user interaction and issue resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant technical certifications or degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
