The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design scalable solutions, solve complex technical problems, and deliver high-quality software in a dynamic environment.Mandatory Technical SkillsApplicants must have hands-on experience in all the following areas:- Java (11+)- Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud- React.js- AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, EC2)- Python- Kubernetes- Kafka- Elasticsearch- Microservices Architecture- CI/CD and DevOps fundamentalsKey Responsibilities- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: architecture, design, development, testing, deployment.- Provide proactive, scalable technical solutions.- Conduct research to support modern engineering needs and emerging technologies.- Write clean, efficient, and testable code.- Integrate with third-party systems using REST, GraphQL, SDKs, or CLI.- Stay updated with industry trends to maintain modern solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.- Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.Required Experience- Minimum 5+ years of professional development experience.- Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.- Mandatory hands-on experience with React.js and AWS.- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch.- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.- Familiarity with Spring Security, AMQP, AOP is an advantage.- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.- Notice period must be Immediate or up to 30 days.Who Can ApplyWe welcome applications from candidates who:- Have 5+ years of relevant experience.- Possess strong hands-on experience across React, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.- Are available to join immediately or within 30 days.- Are open to working from our Pune location.This role requires specific technical expertise and a short joining timeline.
