This team is dedicated to enhancing employee experiences while ensuring that our customer remains at the center of everything we do.Job Summary:We are seeking a Sr. Specialist Software Engineering candidate to help us lead the transformation of employee self-service, using ServiceNow software as the foundation for our work. The primary focus for this position will be to develop software solutions using no/low code workflows in ServiceNow that deliver unified employee experiences. Candidate must demonstrate professional skill as a JavaScript developer and have experience in ServiceNow software development. This role is critical in ensuring that our internal platforms are not only functional but also user-friendly, enabling our employees to access services and information efficiently. If you're passionate about improving user experiences and skilled in ServiceNow platform configurations, we'd love to hear from you.Roles and Responsibilities:Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirementsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirementsWriting clean, efficient, and maintainable codeDebugging and fixing technical problemsProducing and running test cases to guarantee software qualityDocumenting code and application functionalityStaying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your successQualifications:Intermediate-level, real world experience with working knowledge of JavaScriptFamiliarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSSKnowledge of XML and structural programming conceptsExperience using the ServiceNow platformKnowledge of ITIL processesEagerness to learn and adapt quicklyAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced problem-solving abilityExcellent communication and presentation skillsOrganization and time management skillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferredServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferredBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience with ServiceNow’s Glide and Service Portal scripting tools.Position requires office presence according to the AT&T officer worker policiesWeekly Hours:40
