Manager/Brand Manager
to be our client's primary point of contact. This role involves overseeing all aspects of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met, and managing communication between the agency and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, a strong communicator, and able to effectively manage multiple projects across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.Understand client objectives, business challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.Conduct regular check-ins, status meetings, and reviews with clients.
Project Management:Oversee and manage the execution of client campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, paid media, and development, to ensure alignment with client goals.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets, addressing any issues proactively.
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategies to achieve client goals, including campaign planning, creative innovation and execution, branding, and various marketing efforts.Provide recommendations based on data, insights, and industry best practices.
Reporting and Analysis:Create and present regular reports to clients, showcasing performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and areas for improvement.Use analytics to provide actionable insights and adapt strategies to enhance results.
Problem-Solving and Crisis Management:Address client concerns and challenges promptly, offering solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.Act as a mediator between clients and the agency to resolve conflicts and align expectations.
Business Growth:Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding service offerings to clients.Contribute to pitches for potential clients and assist in onboarding new accounts.
