Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Enliven Therapy Centre located in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with varied medical conditions, developing interventions to support a patient's recovery and performance, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to establish rehabilitation goals for patients. They will also maintain patient records and communicate with patients, families, and care teams.
Qualifications
BOT / MOT
Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation skills
Experience in working with patients who have medical conditions such as neurological disorders, musculoskeletal disorders, and sports injuries
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Experience with Pediatrics is preferred
Medical knowledge related to patient conditions and treatments
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Additional skills in ergonomics, assistive technology and adaptive equipment, and leadership experience would be beneficial.
