Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Microservices Developer with strong expertise in OpenShift and AWS Cloud to join our development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices-based applications and ensure seamless integration within cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices applications.
Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift container platforms.
Implement and optimize solutions on AWS Cloud services.
Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
Ensure application scalability, resilience, and performance in cloud environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Architecture) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to applications and cloud deployments.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11+) and Spring Boot framework.
Expertise in building and deploying microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes / Docker.
Proficiency in AWS services (EKS, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, etc.).
Knowledge of REST APIs, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API security.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good to Have:
Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
