Job description: - Operation Analyst/Technical Specialist- Anti-Malware/Encryption
Administration and Operations of Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware (AV/AM) and Endpoint Encryption solution
Provisioning of AV/AM and encryption policies as required by Customer and OEM recommended.
Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting AV/AM and Endpoint encryption security issues
6 years of hands-on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure and 4 years of experience in managing AV/AM and Endpoint encryption
Good knowledge on EDR (Endpoint detection and Response) policies, alerting and troubleshooting.
Should have good working experience on Microsoft Defender and BitLocker Encryption
Good analysis and troubleshooting skill required
Required skills:
Good hands-on experience on AV/AM policies configuration as per OEM recommendation
Ensure security policies are configured as per Customer requirement along with OEM recommendation.
Analysis of AV/AM logs and take action before any security breach
Hands on experience on Bitlocker Encryption/Decryption and auto recovery key retrieval
Experience with MS Defender, device onboarding and ATP policies
Knowledge in Endpoint firewall policy implementation & troubleshooting
Coordinate with different teams to ensure all systems are compliant to security posture
Tracking and maintaining Security Patch Virus definition/Pattern updates
Willing to work 24x7
Additional skill Requirement (Optional):
Should have good understanding on Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools
(1.) To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
