Role Description We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager - Google Ads Specialist to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns (preferably in the travel industry) and a strong grasp of conversion tracking. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to streamline reporting, analyze data, and optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation. Actively monitor and analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities. Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure results accurately. Use AI tools for reporting, insights, and campaign optimizations. Design and create ads and landing pages using tools like Word Press, Webflow, or similar platforms. Analyze campaign data and present actionable recommendations. Stay updated with Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management. Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (travel industry experience is a plus). Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models. Experience in competitor research and campaign benchmarking. Ability to create and edit landing pages using web software (Word Press/Webflow, etc.). Familiarity with AI-based tools for reporting and data analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be willing to work full-time from our Andheri (Mumbai) office.
