We are looking for a skilled
Salesforce Developer
to join our team in Jaipur. If you're passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation—this role is for you

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, etc.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using both declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Build and manage triggers, validation rules, and flows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions while troubleshooting production issues.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and Backend teams.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and proper documentation.

What We're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, user roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, Data Loader, Azure, and Flosum.
  • Familiarity with declarative tools (flows, validation rules).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

Nice To Have:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher) certification.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to Certina (Financial Force).
