We are seeking a skilled and experienced
SharePoint Developer
to support the development, customization, and migration of SharePoint solutions from
on-premises environments
to
SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both SharePoint On-Prem (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online, with hands-on experience in migration, development, and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions and workflows for both On-Prem and SharePoint Online environments.
  • Plan and execute the migration of content, workflows, and custom solutions from SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online using tools such as
    ShareGate
    ,
    Metalogix
    , or
    Microsoft Migration Tool
    .
  • Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint On-Prem environments during the transition period.
  • Develop custom web parts, add-ins, and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during the migration process.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to migration, permissions, and performance in both environments.
  • Implement best practices in SharePoint architecture, governance, and user adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and SharePoint migration projects

  • Strong expertise in
    SharePoint On-Prem (2013/2016/2019)
    and
    SharePoint Online
    .
  • Proficiency in
    PowerShell scripting
    ,
    SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
    ,
    CSOM
    ,
    REST API
    , and
    PnP
    .
  • Experience with tools like
    ShareGate
    ,
    Metalogix
    , or
    Microsoft Migration Manager
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Power Platform
    : Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    Microsoft 365
    ,
    Teams
    , and related ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g.,
    Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
    or
    Power Platform Developer Associate
    ).
  • Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies.
