The Atlassian Administrator will beresponsible for the configuration administration and maintenance ofour Atlassian suite of tools which includes Jira ConfluenceBitbucket and other related applications both onpremises and in theAtlassian Cloud. This role will play a crucial part in supportingour software development project management and collaborationefforts ensuring these tools are optimized for efficiency andusability. In addition this role will serve as the goto expert forall things related to Atlassian applications providing guidancetraining and thought leadership to ourorganization.What are theperformance outcomes you will work towards completing Proactively seekopportunities to optimize and enhance the configuration ofAtlassian applications Configure andcustomize Atlassian applications to meet the specific needs ofdifferent teams and projects. Manage userpermissions groups and access control to ensure data security andcompliance. Monitor the performance ofAtlassian applications in Cloud environments and proactivelyoptimize system resources. Identify andimplement performance enhancements and bestpractices. Initiate efforts to create andmaintain comprehensive documentation including user guides andsystem configurations. Conduct trainingsessions for endusers and teams to promote effective utilization ofAtlassian tools. Demonstrate a strong driveto provide exceptional technical support to endusers addressingissues and inquiries related to Atlassiantools. Diagnose and resolve technicalproblems collaborating with crossfunctional teams asneeded. Take the initiative to implement andenforce security policies and best practices proactivelysafeguarding data within Atlassian Cloud and onpremisesapplications. Serve as the subject matterexpert (SME) on Atlassian tools staying uptodate with the latestdevelopments best practices and industrytrends. Provide guidance and thoughtleadership to the organization on optimizing Atlassian tools forvarious functions. Soft Skills andCollaboration: o Exhibit strong soft skillsincluding communication teamwork and problemsolvingabilities.o Collaborate effectively withcrossfunctional teams to understand their needs and providesolutions.What will you bringto Fluence Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Technology or related field (orequivalent work experience). Provenexperience as an Atlassian Administrator or similarrole. Proficiency in configuring andadministering Atlassian applications including Jira Confluence andBitbucket (both Cloud and onpremises).Strong understanding of version control systems and agilemethodologies.
