Whisper Media is looking to hire a strategic Research Manager to help with the expansion of the FMCG vertical and to lead the research initiatives for Whisper Media's solutions across brands & categories. The individual in this role should have a strong background in market research, data analysis and project operations, with an eye for understanding the consumer behaviors & category trends. The individual will be responsible for :

- Research Deployment : Design and create the research projects, including drafting & testing the questionnaires

- Data Collection & Analysis : Oversee the fieldwork status, ensuring accuracy in timelines and samples needed. Should be able to synthesize data from multiple sources to arrive at in-depth & actionable insights

- Reporting & Presentation : Prepare & present the findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a story-telling format with actionable recommendations

- Project management - Coordination with internal stakeholders like Sales, Production/Operation teams, research teams and third-party partners


Experience : 4-5 years in Market Research (Quantitative)

Required Skills :

- Master's degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Market Research will be preferred

- 4-5 years of quantitative market research experience, with a focus on the advertising inductry

- Experience in managing end-to-end research projects (Project management)

- Strong analytical skills and a flair for learning new analytical tools

- Presentation skills and strong communication is a must
