Location: Noida

Mandatory Exposure required : Prior experience handling Dubai & other Gulf area accounting and compliances. Must be ok travelling for 15day in a month to Dubai.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly capable professional to optimize our financial management policies. You will be supervising monthly closing, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on financial health of business. An outstanding accountant will be someone whose financial accounting and business management expertise translates into sustained business growth.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising correctness of accounting policies adopted and correctness of books.
  • Preferably should have taken care of Dubai & other Gulf area accounting and compliances.
  • Managing their sub-ordinates and helping team for best outcomes.
  • Able to understand business and ratios, can produce analytical report on performance of the business.
  • Leading the process of getting the financial reports prepared & performing the analysis of Actuals V/S budgets including understanding the variances & providing commentary thereof.
  • In depth Understanding of books of account & performing Trial balance scrutiny.
  • Effective & continuous communication with the Entity owners within the group to ensure timely closure of books.
  • Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting.
  • Stakeholder’s management vertically and horizontally.
  • Tax Compliance and management.
  • Travel required (once a quarter).


Skills and Specifications

  • · Proficiency in business management, MS Excel, and working knowledge of ERP’s. (Knowledge of Unit-4 is a plus).
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting laws including VAT and financial regulations. (as applicable to Dubai)
  • Team handling experience is a mus.
  • Liaising with Auditors for queries and getting the audits closed as per defined timelines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to remain confidential.


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) preferred.
