Job Overview

We are hiring Assistant Department Manager (ADM) for Tata Croma , Thrippunithura. Tata Croma are Consumer Electronics Stores. As the Assistant Department Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the department. This is a full-time position based in Tripunithura ,Cochin, Kerala, India , and requires 1 to 3 years of junior-level experience. ADM is eligible for store Incentives

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar role or Team Lead (TL) is preferred
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets
• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members
• Monitor and evaluate department performance
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management
