Consultant

position is responsible for the delivery of implementation services for NetSuite customers in a post-sales environment. Working with the rest of the Professional Services department, this position will quickly assess customer needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Provide implementation services to new and existing customerDocument and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionalityConfigure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirementsConduct personalization sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summariesWorks on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factorsDemonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for acquiring solutionsDemonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiativeAbility to resolve routine issues per defined parameters and procedures, and advance when vitalQualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems5+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization, or externally with a consulting firm or software providerExperience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting/ERP, CRM and EcommerceSome consulting experience with QuickBooks, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuiteAbility to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce SolutionUnderstanding of common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or EcommerceCustomer relationship competence and strong consulting skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAmenable to work on Night shift which is from 6PM IST to 3AM ISTDoes this sound like you?
