You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to build secure, optimized, and scalable WordPress websites and plugins. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about clean code, user experience, and delivering top-tier digital solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field1+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress developmentExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratchBuild full websites using Elementor and other page builder pluginsConvert Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS layoutsWork with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQueryHandle website performance, optimization, and migrationsUse Git and project tracking tools for collaborationTroubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to clientsTechnical RequirementsStrong expertise in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQueryProficiency in Elementor and similar page buildersExperience with Custom Post Types, taxonomies, and theme structureUnderstanding of web security, accessibility, and coding standardsAbility to write optimized, well-structured, and maintainable codeFamiliarity with Git version controlWhat We’re Looking ForSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyA collaborative team playerWillingness to learn and grow with the companyAble to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesImportant NoteThis is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata.Applicants from other states or those not planning to relocate to Kolkata will not be considered.
