This role will focus on designing scalable cloud data solutions, driving data strategy, and establishing best practices in data analytics across the organization. You will serve as a technology leader, mentor, and strategic advisor in advancing enterprise data capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Architectural Responsibilities: Architect and Design Data Solutions:Build scalable, secure, high-performance data architectures leveragingAzureorAWScloud platforms. ETL and Data Warehousing:Design, develop, and optimizeETL pipelinesanddata warehouse architecturesfor analytics and reporting. Cloud Data Platforms:Implement and manage platforms such asSnowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricksfor enterprise data management. Data Governance & Compliance:Enforcedata quality, security, and compliancewithGDPR, HIPAA, SOC2and similar standards. Data Modeling:Createconceptual, logical, and physical data modelsaligned with business intelligence needs. Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimizeETL workflows ,storage , andquery performance . Automation & Best Practices:LeadCI/CD implementationfor data pipelines, data lineage tracking, andmetadata management.Practice Lead Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy:Define and lead theData Analytics practice strategy , aligning with business goals and emerging industry trends. Capability Building:Build and mentor a high-performingdata engineering and analytics team ; foster continuous learning and innovation. Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support:Collaborate with sales and delivery teams todesign data and analytics solutionsfor new and existing clients; supportRFPs, proposals, and POCs . Stakeholder Management:Engage withsenior leadership, business stakeholders, and clientsto communicate data strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes. Analytics Enablement:Driveself-service analytics adoption ,BI reporting frameworks , andadvanced analytics solutionsusing modern tools and technologies. Technology Evangelism:Stay current withAI/ML, data science, and analytics innovations ; recommend and pilot new tools and methods for competitive advantage. Practice Operations:Define KPIs, delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and governance frameworks for scalable practice operations.Required Qualifications: 15+ years of overall experiencein data architecture, data engineering, or analytics leadership roles. At least5 years of experience in data architectureand3+ years leading data/analytics teams or practice . Proven expertise inETL toolslikeInformatica, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, dbt . Deep experience withSnowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricksor equivalent cloud data platforms. Hands-on experience inAzure (ADF, Synapse, ADLS, Purview)orAWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation)environments. Strong skills inSQL, Python, or Scalafor data transformation and analytics enablement. Experience in defining and leadingdata governance ,metadata management , anddata quality frameworks . Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. Exposure toBig Dataframeworks ( Apache Spark, Hadoop ) is a plus. Prior involvement inpre-sales, solutioning, or consultingroles is desirable.Preferred Attributes: Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven track record in establishing or scaling data analytics practices.
