Job Title : NetSuite Solution Architect

Experience : 10-15 years

Location : Bengaluru, Mysore, Pune, Kochi


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements and drive organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging NetSuite’s suite of products including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and SuiteCommerce.
  • Design and configure complex NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite development tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams for implementing customizations and enhancements within the NetSuite platform.
  • Lead and participate in workshops, design sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of NetSuite solutions.
  • Define and document technical architecture, solution design documents, data models, and integration specifications for NetSuite implementations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on the latest NetSuite releases, features, and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to existing implementations and client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience architecting, designing, and implementing NetSuite solutions for medium to large-scale enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and best practices, with expertise in NetSuite modules and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics for customizations and integrations.
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and SuiteCloud IDE for managing NetSuite customizations and deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex NetSuite integrations with third-party systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or NetSuite Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working as a NetSuite consultant or solution architect within a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
