About Us:

Rathi Silk and Sarees is an traditional clothing company seeking an experienced Store Manager to manage our online store and drive sales growth.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled e-commerce expert to manage our online store, ensure seamless operations, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have e-commerce experience managing, marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize our Shopify store for maximum performance and sales- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer service- Collaborate with our team to launch new products and promotions- Stay up-to-date with Shopify updates and best practices

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience with online store management- Proven marketing knowledge and sales growth strategies- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with Indian e-commerce market and regulations (desired)- ⁠Only experienced candidates are required to apply

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media marketing and content creation- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices- Fluent communication skills in English and Tamil language (desired)
