Role & responsibilities

  • Converting leads provided by the company into sales.
  • Follow up with potential customers.
  • Do site visits with potential clients.
  • Engage with existing/potential clients to get referrals.
  • Update the existing/potential clients about new project launches.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
  • Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.).
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Deliverpromotional presentations to current or prospective customers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Learning agile.
  • Good at stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Zeal & purpose very important

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate from a reputed institute.
  • 8 - 12 Years experience in a similar role.

Salary : 35-60 LPA
