Job Description:Shift Schedule: 6:30PM IST to 3:30AM ISTWe are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with an MBA and over 1 years ofexperience in operations management to join our dynamic team. The candidate will beresponsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiencyacross all departments.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Analyst will be expected to handle tasksindependently, lead by example, and make key decisions to drive business growth.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be a self-starter, anddemonstrate a professional, mature demeanor. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learnand adapt is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:● Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smoothworkflow and efficiency.● Develop and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reducecosts.● Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve operational goals aligned with thecompany’s strategic objectives.● Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.● Prepare regular reports for the CEO, providing updates on key operational activitiesacross all departments..● Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational tools.● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operationalefficiency.● Lead operational projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.Required Skills & Qualifications:● MBA degree with a focus on Operations Management or related field.

● Minimum of 1 years of experience in Operations

or a similar role.● Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to conveycomplex ideas clearly.● Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.● High level of professionalism and maturity, with the ability to work directly with the CEOand other senior leadership.● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Proficient in using operations management software and other relevant tools.● Experience in project management and process optimization is a plus.● Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.● A learning mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and professionaldevelopment.
