Job Description

Responsibilities:

Installing/Configuring the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries. Support end-user support such as creating user account, configuring site collection, manage user permission, and website, Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform including version updates, patches. Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss. Monitoring service response time and tuning the performance. Providing SharePoint support and end-user training. Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions. Answering troubleshooting requests Creating/Debugging/Publishing web part using SharePoint Designer. Review, analyze, and evaluate Business User needs to provide efficient and innovate solutions Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data. Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences. Maintaining network infrastructure, as well as managing encryption, security zones, and firewalls. Perform other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Experience and Skill Requirements:

5+ years of IT industry experience 3+ years of experiences as an enterprise level SharePoint administrator Foundation knowledge of Cloud environment and Infrastructures Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders Development experience preferred - 2-3yr Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred Need SharePoint design, implementation, and deployment experience at enterprise level Must have explicit hand-on experience with SharePoint 2019 including OneDrive, eDiscovery, and Enterprise search Must have exp in SharePoint online version. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server. Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field
