Job Description – To manage a team of 20+ virtual relationship managers as a zonal head, virtual manager’s role is primarily to work on non-equity business sourcing and servicing for MF and certain products in equity.Ensuring team is working on Mutual Funds and Fixed Income products; upsell and cross sell on assigned base of clients (main products being New SIP, Purchase, NFO, one click etc in MF and Corporate FD, floating rate bond, SGB, Bonds etc in Fixed Income)Help, mentor and guide team in Sourcing Loan products from mapped clients Activation of new clients in various Non-Equity Products like MF, FI, etcWorking on digital dropped leads of non-equity products from website and app and getting conversion through themEnsure that each team member reaches out to around 70/80 clients everydayMaintain complianceRegular audits of callsTeam handling experience of 7/8 years and total exp of 10 years plusKnowledge of Equity, MF and FI is also a mustExperienced in process and quality control in a calling environment is a must
