Requirements Analysis :

- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand functional requirements.

- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Odoo.

Development :

- Design, develop, and customize Odoo applications and modules based on business requirements.

- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.

- Integrate and maintain third-party modules and extensions.

Database Management :

- Manage and optimize the Odoo database.

- Develop and maintain data migration scripts.

Integration :

- Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications as needed.

- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Odoo and other business software.

Testing :

- Conduct unit testing and integration testing of Odoo modules.

- Identify and fix bugs and issues in a timely manner.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.

- Document code changes and version updates.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive ERP solutions.

- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones.

Training and Support :

- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.

- Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.

Stay Updated :

- Stay current with Odoo updates, new features, and best practices.

- Continuously enhance knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Experience with the Odoo framework and customization.

- Knowledge of database management, particularly PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certification in Odoo development is a plus.
