We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our Design Excellence Center (DEC). The role involves researching and integrating cutting-edge design trends, with a focus on Environmental Graphic Design (EGD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our EGD gold mine, executing unique art installations, and ensuring the quality and consistency of DEC presentations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual and artistic direction of our award winning workspace designs.

Research and Trend Analysis:


• Conduct in-depth research on upcoming design trends and advancements in Environmental Graphic Design (EGD).


• Stay updated with the latest industry practices, materials, and technology in workspace design and EGD.

EGD Gold Mine Development:


• Collaborate on the EGD gold mine project, which involves curating, organizing, and maintaining an evolving repository of EGD design ideas, materials, and innovations.


• Ensure that the EGD gold mine is consistently updated and reflects the latest trends and best practices.

Art Installations:


• Design, develop, and execute creative art installations for workspace projects.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate installations that enhance the aesthetic appeal and brand identity of workspace environments.


• Manage end-to-end execution of art projects from conceptualization to installation on-site.

DEC Presentations:


• Design and create high-quality presentations that showcase the capabilities and innovations of the Design Excellence Center.


• Ensure all DEC presentations are visually engaging, on-brand, and tailored to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders

What we look for:


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in EGD or workspace design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise, including large-scale art installations, presentations, and research-driven design projects.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.


• Knowledge of design trends and the ability to adapt them to workspace environments.


• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
