OET/IELTS Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IELTS/OET Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, experience in exam preparation, and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

Job Location: Pala, Kottayam

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions for IELTS and/or OET aspirants, covering all modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Design personalized lesson plans and strategies based on the individual needs and goals of students.
• Provide regular feedback and progress assessments to students.
• Guide students in understanding exam patterns, time management, and effective answering techniques.
• Develop and deliver practice tests and mock exams to enhance readiness.
• Stay updated on the latest exam trends, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum (2–3 years) of experience in IELTS and/or OET training.
• Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or similar is preferred.
• Familiarity with IELTS and OET exam formats and scoring criteria.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and support learners.
