Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, is proficient in design tools, and can translate ideas into visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Visual Design & Branding

  • Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Create layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, banners, email templates, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts and visuals.

Digital Asset Creation

  • Produce assets for web and social media (e.g., Instagram posts, Facebook ads, website banners, etc.).
  • Design UI elements for websites, apps, or landing pages (optional based on role).
  • Optimize graphics for web performance and mobile responsiveness.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with content writers, marketing strategists, and developers.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing design requirements (e.g., social media sizes, email compatibility).
  • (Optional) Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
