Key Responsibilities:
You will lead the design and architecture of complex Lending systems, ensuring they are scalable, and maintainable, while setting the gold standard for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency across client's product spectrum.
You will provide strategic technical insights and risk assessments to leadership and partners, guiding decision-making that drives project and people management.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and experience teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specifications that create a lasting impact.
You will identify and mitigate technical risks through proactive initiatives, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance of critical systems while handling incidents as they arise.
You will provide feedback on code, design, and technical proposals, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and software performance optimization.
Must Have Qualification:
You should have 10-15 yrs of hands-on industry experience in building distributed systems to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
You should have at least 5 yrs experience in Lending domain , with experience in building core lending platforms and integrating with vendors' solutions, including building core lending platforms and integrating with vendor solutions such as Mambu (good to have) or other LMS platforms
You should possess proficiency in Golang programming with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
You understand various technologies used in building highly scalable lending systems
You should have experience in deploying code in AWS and GCP cloud environments.
You should have a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product and business teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specifications.
You should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Engagement Model:
You will be fully engaged and embedded within client's teams
You will be required to be based in client's Bangalore office
You will be expected to be engaged with client for a minimum period of 1 year.
