Job Description
Management of all aspects of HR + Admin within the manufacturing facility.
Managing the employee relations, Compliance, LTS, overseeing recruitment, Performance Management, training & development programs.
Overseeing and ensuring compliance with labour laws, Contract labour management, HR processes, Unions and regulations with thorough knowledge in Factory Act. Overseeing the Admin responsibilities of the manufacturing facility.
The Successful Applicant
MNC company exposure is a must. MBA/ MSW /PGDM 12 - 20 years Proficiency in HR tools, HRIS. Proficiency in Kannada, English, Hindi ( Must Have) Workday exposure is an advantage.
