Role Overview

We are seeking a
Client Engagement Manager
to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The role involves
direct engagement with Indian corporates and conglomerates
, conducting meetings with C-level executives to understand their international expansion strategies, and managing client projects end-to-end for our international EDO clients.

This is a
client-facing, consulting-oriented role
that requires strong relationship management, business acumen, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    between T&A Consulting and assigned clients (international EDOs and agencies).
  • Engage with Indian corporates at the CxO level
    to understand their global expansion strategies and identify potential investment opportunities in client geographies.
  • Manage and deliver client projects
    from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop
    sector-specific insights and reports
    to support investment promotion activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for
    research, outreach, and event planning
    (roadshows, delegations, B2B meetings).
  • Build and maintain a
    strong network of Indian corporates, industry associations, and government bodies
    relevant to client geographies.
  • Provide
    regular updates, reports, and presentations
    to clients on project progress and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience
    in consulting, client engagement, business development, or investment promotion.
  • Strong
    networking and relationship management skills
    with experience engaging at the
    C-suite level
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
    (written and verbal).
  • Strong understanding of
    India's corporate landscape and international expansion trends
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects simultaneously
    with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in
    consulting, trade & investment promotion, or economic development
    will be preferred.
  • Master's degree in
    Business, Economics, International Relations, or related fields
    is desirable.
