  • The DBMS Executiveplays a Supportive role at the center of the recruiting platformsdedicated personalization DBMS Team.
  • Coordinating the continuous evolution of theData Base Platforms Personalization capabilities and experiences.
  • Responsibilities jobboard management including priority definition planning developmentdeployment measurement iteration and support.
  • This position is embedded withthe dedicated Personalization Product Team and reports to thePersonalization Product Analyst.
  • This is highly collaborative engaging andworking with other product teams with areas of dependency to drivedelivery of personalization capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining different types of job boards forinternational teams and domestic team.
  • Managing EC2/RDP systems.
  • Maintaining TSP database.
  • Gatheringknowledgeable data and insert into the TSP (TekWissen Skill Point).
  • Seeking for Activefree job boards for posting.
  • Preparing pay rates for RFP (Request for Proposal).
  • RPS LicensesMaintenance.
Maintaining job boards confidentialdata:
  • As part of your assigned responsibilities youhave an important job of keeping the job boards informationincluding portal credentials safe and private.
  • This means using strong securitymeasures and following privacy rules to make sure sensitive datalike details about job postings and access credentials is keptsecure.
  • Yourresponsibility is to handle this information carefully buildingtrust and ensuring we comply with all the necessary rules.
Resource Management in Staffing:
  • As part of your assigned responsibilities Youwill be actively engaged in the strategic allocation of resourcesspecifically focusing on effective resource management within ourstaffing operations.
  • Your role necessitates a keen understanding of the needsand requirements of recruiters within the organization.
  • The primaryobjective is to maximize efficiency and productivity by aligningresources with the dynamic demands of our staffing activities.
  • In addition to thisyou are required to conduct a biweekly meeting with the respectivemanager to discuss and assess the allocation of assigned resources.This collaborative effort is crucial in ensuring optimalutilization of resources and maintaining a strategic alignment withour staffing objectives.
  • Your role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the overallefficiency and productivity of our staff operations througheffective resource management.
Reports Generation inStaffing:
  • As part of your responsibilitiesyou are tasked with overseeing the comprehensive process of reportsgeneration within our staffing operations.
  • This role extends beyond basic datacompilation requiring you to delve into the analysis andpresentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsassociated with staffing activities. Your focus will involveproducing detailed reports covering recruitment progress candidateplacements (Purchase Orders/POs) timetofill ratios and otherrelevant reports.
  • This assigned works objective is to extract valuableinsights into our recruitment strategies effectiveness and identifyareas for improvement.
  • To accomplish this you will utilize advanced analyticsand reporting tools to dissect and interpret information from largedatasets.
  • Your roleis pivotal in ensuring that our reports not only provide accuraterepresentations of our staffing activities but also serve as afoundation for strategic decisionmaking and continuous improvementwithin the organization.
Audit & Compliancein Staffing:
  • As part of your assigned dutiesyou will play a crucial role in overseeing audit and complianceactivities within the staffing domain.
  • This entails ensuring that our recruitmentprocesses adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Your responsibilities willinvolve conducting thorough audits of recruitment practicesdocumentation and employee records to verify compliance withestablished policies and regulations.
  • The assigned work includes the proactiveidentification of areas of noncompliance allowing for the promptrectification of issues and the maintenance of a transparent andethical staffing process.
  • Additionally your role in ensuring compliancecontributes significantly to building a positive employer brand andmitigating legal risks associated with our hiring processes.
  • In conjunction withthese responsibilities you are required to conduct weekly andmonthly meetings with the respective managers.
  • These meetings serve as aplatform to discuss audit findings address compliancerelatedmatters and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Your role is integral tofostering a culture of compliance transparency and ethicalpractices within our staffing operations.
Maintaining Resume Database:
  • As part of your job you must take care of ourorganizations resume database.
  • This means you need to manage organize and keep thedatabase up to date so that it has accurate and completeinformation.
  • Youshould be proactive in gathering resumes from different places likejob applications and other external websites.
  • Your goal is to make sure thedatabase has the right information about people who might be a goodfit for our organization.
Prepare AndMaintaining Team Structures:
  • Your assigned workinvolves creating and maintaining a welldefined team structure.
  • This includesestablishing clear details such as team members their roles TEK IDsand specifying which clients each team member is responsible formanaging.
  • Additionally your role requires keeping the teamstructure up to date by promptly incorporating any changes that mayoccur over time. This work is essential for ensuring organizationalclarity effective collaboration and optimal client managementwithin the team. Preparing Demographic Data: In your job youreresponsible for gathering info about submitted candidates byrecruiters.
