Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform the assignment of tasks to support engineers.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
- Serve as the SPOC and escalation point to ensure process adherence.
- Work actively with SREs, 24/7 team members, other operation teams, development teams, and customers.
- Provide support, work supervision, and technical direction to all team members.
- Ensure process adherence 24/7 and enable the team.
- Have a good understanding of incident management, hotfix processes, upgrade-related activities, and change management processes.
- Run quality checks upon outage resolution.
- Understand SAP product standards and guide teams in implementing these standards.
- Report regularly to management on operational tasks.
- Ensure operational efficiency through improvement ideas.
