We are seeking a visionary and passionate leader to join our team as the Director of Education and Student Experience. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in shaping the academic landscape and fostering a vibrant and enriching student life.

Responsibilities:

- Academic Innovation and Leadership:Oversee the continuous development and improvement of academic programs across all schools (Business, Design, Architecture, Technology, Liberal Arts & Humanities, Law, Sciences).- Lead the exploration and implementation of innovative teaching and learning approaches.- Collaborate with deans and faculty to ensure curriculum alignment with industry needs and emerging trends.- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions.- Student Success and Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance student engagement, well-being, and success.- Oversee student support services, including academic advising, career services, and counseling services.- Foster a culture of inclusivity and belongingness for students from diverse backgrounds.- Lead the development and implementation of co-curricular activities and student organizations.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze data related to student learning outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.- Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making regarding academic programs and student services.- Implement effective assessment and evaluation processes to monitor program effectiveness.- Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Education and Student Experience division, aligning it with the university's overall vision.- Collaborate effectively with deans, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders across various departments.- Advocate for best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the university.

Qualifications:

- A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field (Education, Business Administration, or related field).- Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education leadership, with a proven track record of success in program development and student success initiatives.- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and innovation.- Strong understanding of current trends in higher education and student learning.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire faculty and staff.- Commitment to student success and a passion for creating a vibrant learning environment.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
