About Manastu Space

We are a Space Safety and Logistics Company, using technology to save the Trillion $ Space industry from Debris Pollution in Space. We believe that the problems of Earth can be solved using Space. However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is also increasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to Debris pollution- making space a dangerous place for other satellites as well as astronauts. To prevent this, we are developing an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a new fuel, engine and catalyst for the engine to avoid satellite collision in space and prevent Debris Pollution, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the current monopropellant propulsion technology.

As our Technical Recruiter, you'll be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting brilliant minds across diverse technical disciplines, propelling our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to precisely understand the company's technical staffing requirements and devise strategic recruitment plans tailored to meet these needs effectively.- Understand and translate technical job requirements into effective job postings and recruitment campaigns.- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles by leveraging a variety of sourcing methods like job boards, networking, and social media, ensuring a focus on both technical proficiency and cultural fit.- Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge candidate qualifications, interest and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future vacancies, ensuring readiness to meet staffing needs.- Keep updated with the latest trends in aerospace technology and recruitment practices to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate assessment.- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to, employee records management, compliance with labor laws, and coordination of HR policies and procedures.- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR services and processes.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the aerospace industry or related technical fields.- Strong understanding of technical terms and concepts related to aerospace engineering.- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
