We are hiring for an experienced Lead Designer for Civil 3D Utilities.

The role involves a mix of internal process improvements and project delivery support. ​

The successful candidate will work as part of the BIM/CAD team under the NNB delivery team, assisting in infrastructure utilities design and planning, training new staff, and developing project deliverables. ​ The position requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 8-15 years of relevant experience. ​ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other BIM software is essential. ​ The job is based in Bangalore, with additional locations in Gurgaon and Mumbai.Job Duties

Work as part of our BIM/CAD team under NNB delivery Team. ​Assist in delivering infrastructure utilities design and planning projects. ​Train new staff in the team. ​Develop project deliverables, including drawings and reports. ​Ensure adherence to common standards and latest design delivery techniques. ​

Education and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. ​8-15 years of progressive drafting and design experience. ​Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other detailing software. ​

Special Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other BIM software. ​Experience with detailing wet and dry infrastructure utilities. ​Ability to coordinate with subconsultants and design engineers. ​Proficient in creating and managing engineering plans and project documents. ​Knowledge of BIM standards and ability to create and edit Civil 3D labels and features. ​

Additional Requirements

Experience with 3D modeling, reality capture, and data integrations. ​Knowledge of various authoring tools like Bentley, Esri, and Civil 3D. ​Proficiency in additional Autodesk BIM Software. ​Experience with common data environments like Bentley ProjectWise, MS Teams, SharePoint, and BIM360. ​
