Let's discover together.Key Responsibilities: Mentor and guide students preparing for the CGPSC examination through daily interaction and structured support Take end-to-end accountability for each student’s academic progress, discipline, and learning outcomes Design and assign daily tasks, practice exercises, and study goals to keep students consistent and exam-ready Track, maintain, and update detailed student progress reports, performance metrics, and personalized improvement plans Conduct small-group mentoring sessions, doubt-clearing discussions, and exam-oriented guidance Ensure all students feel supported, heard, and aligned with their learning roadmap Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless student management and data accuracy Suggest improvements in study plans, curriculum structure, and student engagement processes based on observed needsSkills and Attributes: 3–4 years of teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation (CGPSC/UPSC) Must have been a UPSC aspirant with a strong understanding of exam patterns, strategy, and preparation discipline Strong command over subjects relevant to CGPSC syllabus and ability to simplify complex concepts Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students consistently Highly accountable mindset, able to take ownership of each student’s growth and performance Effective classroom and one-on-one mentoring skills Ability to design daily tasks, study plans, and performance-based improvements Tech-friendly and comfortable using digital tools for tracking student progress and delivering mentoring sessionsAnyway, if all this sounds like your cup of tea, then Do APPLYWe look forward to hearing from you
