We are hiring for the following time slot -- 3AM - 7AM- 10PM - 2AM- 4PM - 10PMJob descriptionWe are looking for Bollywood Teacher who have the ability to use chess to motivate, educate and help children discover the potential for greatness inside of them.Dance Teacher Responsibilities:- Teach children in an online setting.- Humble nature with empathetic values to connect with the younger children.- Conducting creative activities and developing interactive classrooms.- Ensure that students enjoy the course- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.- Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.- Conduct group and private lessons as required.- Provide a fun and creative environment.Qualifications/Experience required:- Strong subject knowledge- Experience in teaching Dance- Relevant working experienceRequirements:- Good English & Hindi Communication Skills- Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)- Laptop and good internet connection is also required.Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo26-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demoYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee:Month 1: 6000 INRMonth 2: 12000 INRMonth 3 and onwards: 18000 INRSalary Standard for 10pm - 2 am1-25 Sessions : Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 80 /- per demo26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo81 & above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ dayFor 1st month Rs 40002nd month Rs 80003rd month Rs 12000Other Information:Option from the comfort of your home
