Job Title: Intern – Client Onboarding, Operations & Presentation Design Department: Asset & Wealth Management Location: Mumbai Duration: 3 months Reporting To: VP - Client Engagement & Communications About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Client Onboarding and Operations team within the Asset & Wealth Management division. The role involves working closely with Relationship Managers, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding journey. The ideal candidate also has a creative flair and experience in PowerPoint and graphic design, helping us enhance internal and client-facing presentations. This internship is ideal for students interested in finance operations, client lifecycle management, KYC/AML processes, and visual communication. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Operations Assist in the end-to-end client onboarding workflow including documentation collection, verification, and tracking. Support KYC/AML checks by compiling required documents, performing data entry, and liaising with internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Compliance and Operations to ensure timely account opening and data accuracy in internal systems. Maintain onboarding dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for internal governance. Help identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements. Prepare client files and documentation packages in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 2. Client Data & Process Management Update, validate, and manage client information across CRM and onboarding platforms. Support periodic reviews and remediation projects (e.G., KYC refresh, data clean-up). Assist in preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams. 3. Presentation Design & Communication Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, onboarding guides, internal reviews, and leadership updates. Design infographics, process flows, and dashboards to improve clarity and engagement. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Support content formatting for proposals, product collaterals, and marketing decks. Required Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Management, Communications, or related fields. Strong interest in asset & wealth management, financial products, and operations. Basic understanding of KYC/AML concepts, client lifecycle, or financial markets (preferred but not mandatory). Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
