What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Principal Software Engineer in the Customer NorthStar program at Dell, you will be at the forefront of crafting and developing software that not only meets the demands of a changing world but also integrates customer data into a single, comprehensive system.
You will:Lead a team of engineers to develop orchestration services for the NorthStar customer program.Assist in training, work assignment and mentoring of less experienced developersProvide training and mentor other engineers when requiredBe a domain specialist in one or more technical programming specialties

Essential Requirements12-15 years of experience in developing and maintaining .NET Core based applications, services, and APIs.Experience with database schemas for relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.Hands on experience in implementing robust security measures, including encryption, authentication, and vulnerability management, to safeguard sensitive information and systems against threats.Experience in developing test plans and executing functional, integration, and performance tests.
Desirable RequirementsFamiliarity with graph database technologies and concepts, such as TigerGraph, Neo4j or Apache TinkerPop, with the ability to model, query, and analyze interconnected data efficiently.Experience in developing and implementing data pipelines using message queues and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration across systems.
