Job Description:

Firstsource Solutions is looking for a dynamic and driven Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai. If you have a passion for high-volume recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, wed love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across entry-level and mid-level roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate selection processes
  • Organize and manage walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–4 years of experience in BPO/ITES mass hiring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required
