Job Description :


- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform

- Perform unit testing for the module assigned and take ownership of delivering the module with minimal functional and technical errors

- Manage the coding best practices for Salesforce

- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing functional requirements and customer objectives

- Provide support to internal and customer-facing projects, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow

- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements

- Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

Mandatory :

- Strong Apex coding

- Exp on LWC and Aura

- Exp on Integration (Rest API & SOAP)

- Cloud exp (Sales cloud/service cloud etc.)

- Exp on Team handling, designing.

- If candidate is above 8 years make sure they will have Architect experience

Must Have :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

- Minimum of 5-7 years hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development

- Lightning (AURA/LWC with 1 year of Project experience)

- Experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers

- Good communication skills, Team management skills

- Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform

- Salesforce Governor limits and best-practices for limit-informed development

- Experience in Development/deployment using SFDx

Nice To Have :

- SF Certification PD2 / JavaScript Developer 1

- Experience developing customer-facing applications

- Experience in Salesforce community development

- Experience in Agile methodology

Mandatory :

- Exp on Integration (Rest API & SOAP)

- Cloud exp (Sales cloud/service cloud etc.)

- Exp on Team handling, designing.
