Admissions Specialist

Qualification: Masters in Marketing or any equivalent degree

Experience: 10+ yrs

Reporting to: The Registrar

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have relevant experience of handling admissions of institute with min 5000 students.
• Assisting in the admissions decision-making process by evaluating student applications
• Providing students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes as needed.
• Helping colleges and universities explain admissions guidelines, processes, and requirements
• Explaining admission process and guidelines to the students
• Assisting in planning and implementing admission guidelines
• Evaluating student applications before accepting or rejecting the same
• Providing assistance regarding applications for financial aid or any other admission procedures
• Planning and developing campus tours, interviews, and other promotional events
• Reviewing student information data bank
• Coordinating with the various department heads to understand the admission status and statistics
• Visiting different school and college campuses to promote admission procedures
• Providing data for brochures and pamphlets explaining admission requirements
• Engage in the recruiting process by planning, coordinating, and overseeing promotional events, campus tours, student interviews, and other admissions activities for the department
• Communicate changes, statistics, and other information to the management, registrar, and department heads
