Position : Senior Architect

No of positions : 10

Qualifications : Bachelors of Architecture or Masters of Architecture

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Job type: Work from Office

Software knowledge : AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit (Not mandatory), Lumion or any other rendering software

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Senior Architect at Tesla Outsourcing Services in Ahmedabad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities

  • Preparing Architectural Construction Drawings, 3D visualization and Architectural Detailed drawings for International clients (USA, UK, Australia, Canada and European Countries)
  • Quality checking completed drawings and providing mark ups to team members for further rectification
  • Attend client calls and performing document controlling
  • Mentor Trainee and Junior Architects, Drafters etc.
  • Make sure quality check lists are followed and implemented across the team
  • Providing timely updates to the Assistant Project Manager with regards to project implementation

Skill sets

  • Good Communication Skills in English
  • Ability to understand client instructions, mark ups and implement them
  • Ability to mark errors in the drawings and perform strong QC prior sending deliverables
  • Experience of working on Good for Construction (GFC Drawings), is mandatory
  • Experience of working on International Architectural Projects will be preferred
  • Local candidates will be preferred
  • Should be able to mentor Junior Architects/Drafters and train them on drafting, software etc.
