About the Role :

- We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.

- You will leverage your testing experience and expertise to identify and report bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities :

Test Planning & Execution :

- Participate in test planning activities, understanding system requirements and test objectives.

- Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering all functionalities across different platforms and devices.

- Utilize various testing methodologies (e. g. , black-box, white-box testing) to ensure thorough test coverage.

Bug Reporting & Tracking :

- Effectively identify, document, and report bugs using a bug tracking system.

- Work collaboratively with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.

Test Automation (Optional) :

- Experience with test automation tools (a plus) to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts to complement manual testing activities.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Maintain clear and concise communication with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on potential quality concerns.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

- Experience in designing and executing test cases for various software functionalities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot software defects.

- Proficient in communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of mobile app testing principles.

- Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Selenium or Cypress (for test automation).

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
