Job Description :
We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting and Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection from clients.
Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and reconcile accounts payable ledgers.
Tax Accounting: Handle tax compliance, including GST and TDS filings, and assist in tax planning strategies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and variances.
Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2-4 years in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or similar industries.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a thorough understanding of Indian tax laws and financial regulations.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
